Change history

Voop is all about transparency. We don't want to hide anything, from anyone.

We also recognise that in the care sector, especially in residential settings, a number of members of staff may need access to Voop to help keep a child safe.

The change history section is designed to provide a single record of changes that have been made to the child's smartphone, by admins, team owners and guardians. This section also provides clarity on whether a change that has been made has been implemented on the smartphone.

To navigate to the change history page from the dashboard view, click on the thumbnail photo of the child (or their initials if you haven't uploaded a photo) next to their name, at the top of the sidebar you hover over the thumbnail photo, a pencil will appear. Click the pencil above the battery status.

Viewing historic changes

The change history page will show you all of the changes that have been made to the child's device. A change is where an admin, team leader or guardian has blocked or allowed something through the dashboard (i.e. it is a change in the configuration of the child's smartphone).

Click the dropdown arrow next to each set of changes to see the detailed view of what has been changed. You can also see the name of the admin, team leader or guardian who made the changes.
